About The Usual Table: Texas Hold’em
Play casual Texas Hold’em. Buy the game once. You do not need to buy chips with real money. Play online with Steam friends or take on a solo run against AI players. The game uses only virtual chips. These chips have no real monetary value.
Play with Steam friends
Invite friends to online games for 2–8 players. You can also add AI players.
- Set the blinds, chip buy-in, and turn time.
- Let friends join or require an invitation.
- Choose an animal avatar and a nickname. Throw tomatoes at other players.
- Watch games as a spectator. Join Texas Hold’em and Squid Mode games in progress.
Play solo at your own pace
Play against AI players with different styles. Each cycle includes Texas Hold’em, Squid Mode, and a tournament, in that order. Win the tournament to collect a treasure and continue to the next cycle. Treasures can provide extra chips and other benefits.
Take time to think while gentle piano music plays. You can also take a break to pet the cat beside the table.
Try three game modes
All three modes support solo and online play.
- Texas Hold’em: Play with no-limit Texas Hold’em rules.
- Squid Mode: Win the main pot without a tie to earn a Squid token. Each player can hold only one token. At the end of the round, the only player without a token pays extra chips to the other players.
- Tournament: The blinds increase in stages. Players leave the tournament when they have no chips. The last player wins.
After an all-in, you can choose to run twice if only two players contest the pot and community cards remain undealt. Both players must agree in online games. After the players reveal their cards in an all-in hand, the game shows live win probabilities.
Save your progress and review hands
- Solo saves: Use 3 separate profiles. The game automatically saves your progress and treasures.
- Hand review: Review actions and results, including both boards from run twice.
- Online stats: Check the hand counts and chip changes of players at your table.
- The Regulars’ Album: Collect 20 keepsakes in solo play to mark tournament wins, bluffs, and river comebacks.
