About Yathsel Demo
About This Game:
Every die in this saloon is crooked. Make sure yours are crookeder.
Yathsel takes the dice game you know five dice, three rolls, thirteen categories and drags it into a smoky Wild West saloon where everybody cheats. Beat your rival's total round after round. Fair and square? Your call.
CHEAT UNDER THE TABLE
While your rival takes their turn, sneak below the table to the smuggler's shop and buy loaded artifact dice for hard cash. There are over 40 artifact dice, each with its own painted look and its own trick: dice loaded onto a lucky number, a glass die that rolls high but may shatter, a stone die that carves its value forever, a twin that mirrors your best die, an invisible sixth die, wildcards, substitutes and more. Between rolls you swap dice between your active row and your hidden pocket to build the perfect crooked hand.
CAMPAIGN
A roguelite run against 5 of 7 hand-drawn rivals, each with their own table talk and dirty tricks. Three unlockable difficulties, money and artifact management from round to round, save and continue anytime. An interactive tutorial deals you in on your first run.
QUICK DUEL - ARTIFACT RAIN
One rival, one fast game, no shop: from the second turn on, a random artifact die rains in every single turn up to 12 per game. Keep what fits your plan, toss what doesn't. Also playable as best-of-3 and best-of-5 series.
THE MULTIPLAYER SALOON
Persistent rooms for 2 to 8 players: browse public saloons, share a room code, or invite Steam friends directly. Ranked 1v1 runs on server-side ratings and leagues and opens with a cinematic staredown. Five rule twists mix up the table, series go from best-of-1 to best-of-7, and a rematch is always one click away. Animated emotes, filtered in-game chat, ghost spectating and match highlights round out the table — and the server rolls the dice, so nobody cheats the cheating game itself.
MAKE THE SALOON YOURS
Level 1 to 100 with prestige stars, a seasonal Battle Pass, star chests to crack open, and shards to collect: leather dice cups, decorative dice skins, full player skins, emotes, titles and name tags. Progression lives server-side, with a cross-platform account and a shared leaderboard.
DETAILS THAT MATTER
Full controller support, plays great on Steam Deck. Available in 9 languages. Hand-painted western art, hand-made sounds, one very judgmental barkeeper.
