About Neon Chaser Demo
Project: Neon Chaser is a "Neon Noir"-themed Drift Racing Game, featuring a Physics-based Driving system that is designed to make drifting easier to enter and exit without needing to rely on using the handbrake.
You are a racer who is starting out their career on the streets of Neonburg and must race your way across the world of Neonos and become one of the legendary "Neon Chaser Racing League" champions.
Use your earnings to Obtain the many vehicles available to you and choose and upgrade the ones that best suit your driving style. Nab powerups on each course and use them along with good use of drift entry and exits to dominate your opponents and achieve victory.
This is Snap Decisions first Internally developed IP title, and for this Beta-release build of "Project: Neon Chaser" we have chosen to include the following primary pieces of content (with this build constituting the "Demo" version of the full game once "Gold" release status has been completed). This build includes:
- Highly tuned Physics-based Driving System with every Racer having a different feel to their driving and handling
- An advanced AI Driver System that provides a solid challenge to race against
- 10 fully Playable Racers from all Archetypes (Bikers, Motorheads, Mercs, Streetsters, Truckers)
- 10 Playable Levels
- All 5 planned Powerups
- Custom Controller Remapping System that works through Unity's newer Input System to provide for Xbox and Playstation Gamepad Support, alongside Keyboard and Mouse controls. Some Steering Wheel setups can be used (especially ones which utilize Xbox/PS Controller Calibrations support), but its possible some likely may not be compatible (please test your hardware and play accordingly)
We've worked really hard to improve on the base that we put together for the Alpha release back in November, and we hope that you have fun playing with all changes that we've implemented while we work towards our final full game release! Enjoy and feel free to leave your feedback!
