About DogaakDogaak
Your coworkers hate your mechanical keyboard. We can fix that.
You bought the board. You agonized over switches. You stayed up a little too late lubingthe stabilizers. Then you carried it into the office and received The Look.
So now you type on a membrane keyboard that feels like pressing a damp sponge, and you miss
your thock a little more every day.
Let DogaakDogaak help. Put on your headphones, type on whatever keyboard you've been given,
and there it is — your sound, right where it should be. Nobody around you hears a thing.
What it actually does
- Works everywhere — lives quietly in your tray and plays in any app. Your editor, your browser, that spreadsheet you're pretending to work on.
- Multiple samples per key — press and release, cycled, so fast typing doesn't turn into a jammed machine gun.
- Near-zero latency — a dedicated audio engine keeps the sound glued to your fingertips. No lag, no uncanny valley.
- Steam Workshop — browse community sound packs and subscribe in one click. Someone will definitely make a silly one. That's half the fun.
- Make your own — the built-in editor pulls key sounds out of your own recordings and publishes straight to the Workshop. Immortalize your board.
No, we are not logging your keystrokes
A fair thing to ask — and worth asking of every app that touches your keyboard. To play asound the instant you press a key, DogaakDogaak listens for key press and release events, and
does nothing else with them:
- It never records, stores, or logs what you type. No history, no buffer written to disk.
- It never transmits anything. No server, no analytics, no telemetry.
- Key events live in memory just long enough to pick a sound, then they're gone.
Type loud. Bother no one.
Pick a pack, put your headphones on, and let the office keep its quiet. We'll take care ofthe sound — your fingers will thank you.
