This is the soundtrack for Touhou Lensed Night Sky, Kaseigai. An OST that switches genre left and right and looks good doing it. There's jazz, rock, trance, you name it. I'm not the composer, so I don't feel bad about saying that this is the sickest thing since the last thing you really liked a lot.
The songs are arranged in an album-like manner to emulate the pace of the game, although extending past what you could find in any single run.
