About
Akkor is a turn-based strategy game for two players. You and your opponent each control a star and a set of planets that move along orbits inside a 3D arena. You win by making one of your planets collide with the opponent’s star. Plan orbits, time your moves, use rotation and movement of your whole “galaxy” to set up the hit while blocking your opponent.
How It Works
Each player has a star and places planets on orbits around their star. Planets advance with their chosen step size along their orbit after each turn.
In the placement phase, each side places up to 3 planets and then confirms ready. After that, the main game begins.
On your turn you can: place a new planet (choose orbit position, direction, and step count), rotate your galaxy (X, Y, or Z), move your galaxy (translate it in space) or pass.
If one of your planets hits the opponent’s star, you win (with an exception: a planet you just placed that would hit the star on the very next check is destroyed instead of counting as a win). If two planets (yours and theirs, or two of yours) collide, both are destroyed.
What You GetLocal multiplayer — Two players on one PC.
Single player vs AI — Challenge a strategic AI opponent. (Not too smart... Might improve it in the future.)
Online multiplayer (Steam) — Host a game or join a friend via Steam (friends-only lobbies, 2 players).
Turn-based strategy — Think through placement, rotation and movement.
Clear win condition — One objective: get a planet to the enemy star; easy to explain, hard to master.
If you like short, tactical, turn-based games you can play locally or online with a friend, this game is just for you.
